  Used to have the best isiewu delicacy in town. Was one of the best hotel in town until the recent economic recession as well as lost of concerted patronage from Exxon Mobil affiliated companies in Eket. The hotel still enjoy trickling patronage from individuals. Very cheap accommodation compared to the standard of rooms.
  It is located along Marina road, an area considered a "green zone " in terms of security.

  The service wasn't my taste. They put me in a room with no a.c. and a bad door. I complained so they moved me into a room that someone just literally left it was still unclean while I was moved in there. I complained again and they sent someone to clean it only to find out the a.c. makes loud noise. I complained again. They had the temerity to tell me they no longer had a room the size i wanted so I had to pay more for a bigger room that I didn't need. Awful service

  Functional. Nice staff. Old building but good amenities and fittings. New plumbing, new TV, old wardrobe.
