About 60% completed project Though alot of people have finished there houses and living in the estate There are lot of empty land and unfinished buildings

Infrastructure wise, Dantata estate is about the best in Abuja, aside from some parts of Gwarimpa estate. Their roads are class a roads, drainage is fantastic. The estate is expensive by Kubwa standards. A 3 bedroom semi detached land (320m2) sells for about 6.5m, whereas a duplex land measuring about 450m2 goes for 12.5m. Light is hooked up to 33kva and so it's fairly regular and not subject to overload & the vagaries of PHCN staffs. If safety, security & land without disputes is what you are looking for; Dantata estate is your destination. However, they don't allow proselytizing particularly from Christians.

Good road network and about 100 meter for on kubwa train station
Half a kilometres from kubwa general hospital and kubwa market
Dedicated phcn transformer for constant and stable electricity
Water available throughout the estate

The estate have good structures and well planned road network. It is close to Kubwa train station making it very easy for the occupants to access rail transportation.

I live here so..I know this place like the back of my hand. There's light,water,security..it even has recreational facilities. It's dope. Beautiful.
