It's quite quiet for a plaza, there's not too much activity that goes on there, as it is kind of in the outskirts of Lagos.

Damry Plaza is your typical neighbourhood shopping complex. For the Akute axis, it clearly stands out from a structural perspective. The design isn't anything out of the ordinary, it just covers large space and is built as a 3 floor structure.
For a structure of its size and the number of occupants it houses, parking space for both tenants and visitors is very poor. Parking within the structure is limited to about 6-8 vehicles. Others will then have to park along the road.
I don't think the plaza offers any central services such as power. I imagine each tenant will have to sort out their independent power needs once there is no supply of power from PHCN.
With regards to it tenants, what the plaza lacks is an 'anchor tenant' that will typically ensure a steady stream of foot traffic for all other tenants. Other than the issues mentioned, it is an okay spot to berth a neighbourhood business.response / report this review -
