Providing quality Digital media services nationwide and internationally. Well trained and competent and cordial Staff. Time management is by automated announcements which you are issued with upon your arrival into this edifice. This is highly organized for prompt and swift service delivery.
Car park is adequate with coordinated staff in ease you in and out of your slots. 👍

The head office of the South African Cable company in Nigeria with a wide space for car parks and a good number of waiting seats to attend to customers issues, payments, purchases, repairs and swaps. It takes a lot of time to attend to one customer sometimes and upgrades may occur to some decoders in between so you never can tell when you'll be attended to. They have a lot of staffs though trying to cope with the troops of prospective and current customers.

You get to join a queue, before you're attended to. Sometimes the queue is a bit long, because a lot of people flock to the head office. But generally, it is organized and orderly. You sit, as there is a good chair arrangement and cable TV to watch, while u wait for your number to be called.

This is DSTV head office in Lagos, the office was built perfectly to accommodate the business Itself, with the sales, technical and Admin all comfortably present to attend to your needs. The staff are courteous and well mannered. Although seem not to be enough, because there’s always a crowd there.
Another kudos is the car park that is sizable and well mapped out. Also accessibility into the premise is good.

Efficiently run office. First, parking space is available inside and outside the compound. The place is secured and under cctv surveillance. Operates an electronic tally system for both repairs and subscription. The staff are friendly and willing to assist. Opening hours span from 1000 to 2000 weekends and 0800 to 2000 weekdays. The place is neat and tidy.

First of all that is the wrong address for the office. The phone number is fake and belongs to a guy called yakubu Simon, he scam people pretending to work for the office. The real office is located at plot 1381 tiamiyu savage .
The staff at the real office are helpful.

Beautiful ambiance, clean shop. This Dstv shop at tiamiyu appears to be the busiest in the Lagos area, you might want to carry a chair with you when visiting as the waiting time is quite long

A convenient location to pay your bill. DSTV online payment attracts a cost. DSTV just increased its cost a their whim for seeing the movies repeated daily for weeks but this is Africa. Their technology is the same. No service when it rains but this is Africa.
