  Excellent service, very courteous staffs. They patiently took me through the process and eventually when I took the test, the results came in faster than I expected. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to have this test done.

  The customer service is appalling. Test result was not sent to me despite the fact that i left my e-mail address in the form i filled before the test. I made several calls (like 6 different times in two weeks) with promises to get the result across to me but all to no avail. I was beginning to think they are scammers. Even though test results are in hard copies, it should not be a big deal to get electronic copy across to a customer that demand same. I don't see myself using the company ever again and they are not recommended. VERY POOR SERVICE

  Great decision, great company!
  I wanted to write to show DNA Centre for Paternity Test my immense appreciation. I am 35 years oldm and this year I decided it was time for my to find out who my biological father is. I contacted DNA Centre, and they were very understanding of my needs, and the sensitivity of the situation. They were very thorough in explaining the different tests I would need to do, and what was required.
  
  It took me 3 tests, and all were done in the time frame they suggested, and since getting a positive my life has changed immensely. Both with never having to wonder where I came from, or my family history again, and by having my father in my life. I would highly recommend DNA Centre to anyone who is looking to solve this sort of mystery. I have nothing but good things to say!
