At custodian 7 star hotel is one of best hotels here in Gombe,with all the comfort man needs,its really a place to visit.

I stayed in this hotel because we were having a work function in a nearby meeting hall. Custodian Hotel (from what I heard) is one of the best hotels in Gombe town. The staff are quite friendly and ready to help you anytime of the day and evening but my first 2 days were not so pleasant. The air conditioner was not working for 2 days. I didn't bother complaining the first night because it was late but on the second day I notified the reception in the morning and was promised it would be fixed by early evening when I return. When I returned in the evening I was told the AC is working upon getting to my room it wasn't! The hotel staff later called an AC repair guy to fix and finally worked. On the third day of my stay, the water heater stopped working but the staff were quick to correct the problem. The bathrooms have no closed showers or tubs too so it's a bit weird showering without a closed spaced. Overall, the hotel gets 3 star for cleanliness and friendly staff.
