Mid-range prices for the rooms. Rooms are clean, daily cleaning services, polite and welcoming staff, and bathrooms are clean but with some faulty facilities. (Maybe would have been repaired by now)

Just about okay for a brief stay. Needs extensive renovation.

An old hotel with good frontage. The room seems to have known better days. The walls are damp and the paints seem to peel. The bathroom is out of place;. the shower has come off and the water heater is not working, the top edges of the bathtub have gone brown, a few of the floor tiles have given way. The hotel yearns for innovation.
