Stayed in the annex which was relatively new. Beautiful place but poorly managed. I was made to wait for hours in the lobby before I could get checked in even though check in information online says 9am; Guest toilet at the reception had an odour and water leakage; cockroach and a few flies in the bathroom, my bedsheets were dirty and I called to get them changed, birds kept perking on my window which was loud and frightening! There needs to be a trained management staff to improve their services.

Nice hotel and among the best in Shagam..stayed in the Annex which is newly built . No kitchen therefore has to access the Restuarant of main hotel which is about 7 minutes walking distance.

Lovely place with courteous staff. The environment is peaceful and good for resting. They also have tasty and delicious meals. The rooms are spacious and neat. The swimming area is equally neat and we'll maintained. They have halls that can be used for meetings and various events. It is also a well secured place.

Music at the bar is way too loud. Bathrooms are dirty. Rooms are ok, but mattresses are like concrete.

This is perhaps one of the best hotels in Sagamu.
It smacks of money well spent on a good expanse of land.
The hotel is located somewhere in the GRA and is relatively secured.
The smell of freshness envelops every part of the hotel lobby and corridor.
The rooms are lavishly furnished and affordable. Slightly higher than what the locals in the area will afford.
The customer service is better than average and the receptionist are super courteous.
The hotel restaurant is very clean and serves tasty food.
There is a night club here and even a table tennis centre and a poolside bar.
The hotel is relatively new and very well maintained. There is ample parking space and conference hall within the premise.
