  This is a residential area and one of the areas in the Government Reserved Area(GRA), Awka. The serenity and neatness of the environment make the area unique. However, the roads linking into the Commissioners Quarters should be worked on or at least be patched especially the Ifite Road and Esther Obiakor Road.
