Stop providing dead telephone numbers. If I could give 0 stars or minus 0, I would. Service is terrible. Phone lines are permanently switched off. I emailed them to say that I'm desperately trying to contact them and resulted to emailing because none of the four telephone numbers work. Instead after 3 emails they finally emailed back telling me to call the four numbers which I already told them was permanently switched off! Although I even added my query in the emails, there was no obvious common sense to at least answer my query in their response. I had already paid my money and of course you can imagine that it will be impossible to get a refund. It's not just Nigerian leaders that's a problem. The problem is deep rooted. I will not be using this testing site again.

Takes ages to do a simple malaria test, literally!!! Can't imagine how a simple life can survive while waiting for a common test result. So dissapointing

Horrible service. They told me my rapid antigen test would be out in an hour or two but for two whole days I haven’t seen anything and they never pick calls. I’ve called and called but nobody picks. Worst experience ever
