Deep cleaning not deep at all. “Detailed cleaning” not detailed at all. More like “detail only places the large spaces and leave the nooks and crannies dirty/dusty”.
My house was supposed to be cleaned Friday and the work spilled into another day but the cleaners did not show up until 8pm Saturday because my work was not important enough.
Floors were NOT mopped well (you could see dust mop lines) perhaps it wasn’t mopped with soap and one of the cleaners said that I probably let people into the house. So people came in and dirtied the place and I wanted them to re clean? Or people stepped on every inch of the house making mop sequences to enabled the mop lines show as dusty.
They had to re mop on Monday which was fine and I let them go because I was just fed up of this 4day cleaning work. I resorted to clean up the rest myself (head of couches, the wardrobe of two of my rooms, kitchen counter).

Addition: the owner has replied underneath stating that I perhaps made this review out of annoyance and only speaking on the staff behaviour forgetting that the original problem is their absolute lack of deep cleaning and time management skills.
1. Why did it take 4 days to clean a 4 bedroom house that’s not a mansion?
2. Why was I given the role of a micromanager bearing the above?
3. Is the company saying that unless a client is on site, their premises cannot be thoroughly cleaned? Are you insinuating you don’t do a great cleaning job without client supervision? Can I not leave my home in the hands of Cleaneat and be assured it’ll be cleaned?
Interesting. I also see the owner subtly insinuating that perhaps this might have been orchestrated by a competitor, which is hilarious because
1. my name is public.
2. What sort of poorly designed smear campaign will this be?

This was MY experience and no apology for the bang poor cleaning job will take it away. Leaving a review is for OTHER customers to see, not a “smear campaign”. Like I said to staff, I will certainly not be doing work with Cleaneat again. (Yes, you have other clients. That’s great and I wish you all the best but I won’t be one of them).
