I love the hotel. It's very clean and yes i love their room. Very neat and spacious and clean but i have a very big problem with their customer service. Especially the ladies! Omg they were so rude. I came in with my fiancé and her brothers to het me a room. They looked so angry so much they toss my key at me! 14k a night for 2 nights and i was treated like i begged for the room. I was there on August 14th through 16th at room 203. I didn't know none of them from nowhere and they were acting so mean and jealous for God knows why! If I'm back in the Country, and in Benin, I'll definitely try somewhere new and more homely and if i go back there which i doubt it won't be for their services but for the neatness of the room and it's comfort. That i give them but the customer service from their female staffs were extremely bad. The guys were okay. At a point, i was scared to ask for my own key. My key were toss at me twice! God! I found that extremely disrespectful so we decided not to eat there. So our plate doesn't get thrown at us like dogs. Their female staffs needs some serious orientations or be changed. They are very bad for business. Really bad. If they feel too big to serve their clients, i don't think they should be there at all in tbe first place.

Beautiful place, rooms are tidy and spacious. State-of-the-art facilities. Bed and bedding great! Friendly price tags. However, low water pressure.

The rooms are very clean and so on point and the hotel offers excellent services .I ordered for black soup and pounded yam and it was very good and exactly the way I would prepare mine. And the security is very strong. I will love to visit again.

Was a bitter sweet experience. Facility was great and neat. Some staff were accommodating and some were not. Funny cable TV so United channels to choose from. Overall, it's a good place.
