For those looking for a low budget hotel City Landmark Hotel offers that.
Note: no Wi-Fi, light goes off by 12noon except there is power.
I constantly had to remind them to bring me toiletries and towels.
However they have great views and great poolside, the environment is cool, food is good as well but the access road that leads there is nothing to write home about very rough. They don't offer taxi service so you have to take a little walk down to the junction before you can get transportation.
