  Wasn't as expected. The duvet wasn't washed, the toilet wasnt properly cleaned, no provision for toothpaste; asked several times to have the TV remote but both the receptionist and the bellboy turned deaf ear to my request.
  
  Their tardiness has to be worked on as it speaks Ill of the hotel.

  Newly opened. Food is very good. There is a barber shop, mini supermarket, business centre in the hotel. They also have a swimming pool. Only minus is that the staff needs training in customer service
