Serviced office suites of 2 rooms and a toilet/shower ensuite. Owners provide alternate generator power, airconditioning, water, light and general security. Good for young starters

Most stores here deal with accessories for devices. You're likely to find what you want if you're using a popular device, otherwise, look elsewhere. May have issues with parking space, however, this is rare.

All in all, nothing especially good and nothing especially bad.

There are several businesses located in this 'mall' like Pinewood Furniture, Slot, Yudala, bureau de change, etc. The parking space is free but usually congested.

Parking is impossible, your driving and reversing skills better be on point if you are going to use this "mall".

Very accessible. Although, a pedestrian bridge is needed on that road.
