VISION
• To provide a world class university library service in a conducives learning environment.
• To promote purposeful and positive learning to all members of the university community in particular and all who may need our library services.
MISSION STATEMENT
• To provide in an equitable and cost-effective manner, enhanced access to National and International library and information resources.
• Building and sharing locally available resources with libraries all over the world, using digital technology.
• To acquire process, preserve and disseminate information resources, irrespective of format in which they appear, in line with RSUST library motto.
OBJECTIVE
• To improve the quality of teaching learning, research and community services in RSUST through access to current global library and information resources.
