  Stayed the night in an "executive" room without towels, or teacups until I asked, laundry staff who didn't understand putting the laundry bill on the room. Brought in this huge fan to keep the room cool until they sorted the bigger generator issues. Some members of staff had an attitude I couldn't understand why.
