They have a lovely set of cakes on display, varies also from chocolate to strawberry to vanilla etc.
The wait period was just right for ordering to delivery whether you are picking up immediately or ordering for pickup later.
The prices are also affordable within the confines of the current inflation rates.

Visited here last week to get a cake for a bridal shower and I got entranced by the cakes displayed for sale. The price of butter cream cakes starts from 7700 which was what I went for and it was a delicious fill. You get to say what you want written on it too and there’s someone to help you even narrow down your choices if you are conflicted about the flavour or colour to go for

I love the hustle and bustle of this business. Really beautiful how you think cakes and come here and there is always a queue (my second visit).

A member of staff will take your order (but please, it shouldn't be compulsory to get my phone number even if it is an order from your bosssister wouldn't move on. Gave a fake number and we moved on though). Don't want to be spammed. Birthdays aren't everyday and I know where y'all @.
This was my only issue.

The other staff take your payment, you take a seat and sit until they 📞 you.

Cake designs are okay. Could be better but, it is okay.

The midnight chocolate cake I got yesterday was way too bitter, I expected some bitterness but not that much . A lot of my colleagues complained about the lingering bitter taste in mouth. Pls work on the cocoa ratio or concentration of the added coffee,if present . Adding some cream between the cake can reduce that bitterness

I went there on February 14th without placing a prior order. The walk ins were much (to be expected as it was Valentine's day) but the service was so swift, I didn't expect to leave there as soon as I did. The cake is also amazing. You should visit.

Cakes and cream located at ogunlana drive suruler Lagos has one of the best cakes ever, without even stressing their cakes are delicious. Their cakes are super creamy and very fluffy , it last long , I mean if it is left for long it won't spoil , it is very very affordable , there is this big size I usually get ? Its 4000 naira only for that size and it will go round for a huge number of people , their customer services are great , they are very organized in their store , and they have a lot of customers there, but before you know it ? You will get your cake really fast and leave , swift process, they always have enough cakes in stock, and the graphics person that inscribes on the cake is wonderful, cause the inscription is really beautiful. What else ??? Error nothing really just go and check the store out, get your birthday cake at cheap rates . thanks

cakes are nice but basic. prices are fair. there is always a queue. Nnsika, customer service rep was very rude.

I ordered a cake to be picked yesterday and they nearly messed me up. Was so disappointed. The cake was so different from what I requested for. When they tried to correct their mistakes, they made me so late for my event. Was really sad.

The customer relationship is one to one, and they delivered to the finest details of my specification. I now understand why customers flood cakes and creams because they make you feel very important. I was delayed slightly because of the massive crowd they had to service, but upon speaking with a manager regarding my dissatisfaction with the delay, my issue was resolved immediately and I had my cake delivered almost immediately. I strongly recommend their service.

I would totally give them a 5 star rating because of the quality of of service, i walked in even with a queue and was attended to efficiently and promptly. The ambience was nice, ordered a cake and got it under 5min had them write something on the cake and it took less than 1 minute.

They have a wide variety of cakes and you can just select, pay and pick up.
