I like the place its a nice environment,The service is good only i think their is need to review the beddings the bedsheets and pillow cases had left the natural white colours to cream or looking blackish amd the towels too was the same ,could be a problem from the laundry section i think as to how the washing is done. I stayed in the Deluxe room ,i think also that the management should pay more attention to the job of the House keepers also.There should also be cigarette detectors on non smoking rooms to discourage smokers disobeying hotel laws as regards smoking.

one of my worst experiences ever. the fact i had to come write a review says alot because i have never dropped a review about any hotel. pls stay away, they should be called worst western. They are an abomination to the brand. The staffs are very uninformed and awful. my stay there from the reception to leaving was a total disaster, definitely not worth your money. They just hiding under the shadow of the best western brand of which im still wondering how they were endorsed in the first place.
My getting there, the staffs fist of all took hours to clear my booking dispute (of which it was due to their incompetence), after which i was lied to about the rooms available and i had to pay for a more expensive room, taken me there i discovered it was the cheaper room (i knew this because ive stayed there before), after which they changed my room, all this still occuring while my booking dispute was on going, the staff particularly the receptionist were not understanding and very unprofessional.
i dont recommend this hotel at all.
