Best western is home away from home. Service is good and enjoyable.

Well, absence of footmats, a removed bedside lamp and others are not enough to remove a whole star from this rating, but the food also needs some work; I had jolof rice but didn't really feel the soul of it.
Bed is very comfortable
Enough storage options; wardrobe, fridge, bedside drawers, etc
Mirror in the room and bathroom
Study desk with its chair
Surplus power sockets; there are four of them in my room, excluding the ones powering the TV, fridge and electric kettle
Hot water always online
Blah blah
I suggest some things be fixed tho, like
the bathroom door handle is not firm and removed when I tried to shut the door,
Water spilling out on the bathroom floor during bath
Wardrobe doors should be easier to operate.

Breakfast was horrible. Bedsheets were dirty upon arrival. The aircon emitted a strange smell. Bed was extemely uncomfortable.
The staff were nice and polite which is the only reason i gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

Short stay but great neat just need a floor towel in the bathroom n the shower curtain needed to be cleaned however forgot my stuff and I was able to recover it even after 3 days God Bless You guys I won't forget the sincerity that's what business is about. Welldone

Nice and cozy rooms but resturant sercice is very very bad. Expect a delay of one hour or two in food service.
