Overhyped and overpriced estated. The head of security and the secuirty at the gate are touts. I'm not sure how the estate is considered a high brow area if the place is managed by such unprofessional staff. Even the esate office is outdated.

The golden city of the rich, one of the most expensive island in Lagos.
It's located in ikoyi at the water side, the shape of the island looks like a banana from an area view, that's where it got it's name from, it's beautiful and lovely place to live and raise a family.

It was my first time there, the place was cool but I honestly think it is overrated, they have a park for kids to play pharmacy to get drugs and a health center, ATM are available also and a small shopping mall, then there is also vacant land for sale.
