The mall is relatively new at Eleyele area of Ibadan. It's two story building with a spacious hall at the last floor for events such as wedding, conference, birthday party and the likes. The hall can conveniently accommodate 100 guest. All the air conditioners are working very well. The first floor host a very nice supermarket and eatery. A spacious parking lot that accommodate up to 25 vehicles at stretch. One advantage of the mall is that it's by the road side. So you don't need to ask anybody if you are going to beta mart mall. The structure itself is magnificent. I hope it will compete well with other malls in Ibadan. A nice place.

This is a new shopping mall in town. The closest from Sango and Ologuneru. My experience is awesome visit the place and have fun.

Supermarket with a lot of varieties in toiletries, grocery, beauty sections and others. They have eatry with good dishes and delicious snacks from pastery. Good, conducive environment and spacious car park.
