  The general doctor’s are not professionals, I was in the middle of a consultation with a doctor and she picked up her phone to make a personal call. The lab is unkempt, the samples gotten from patient are just left for all to see.

  Being to the Surulere Hospital, below my experience;
  Poor Service from End to End
  Had planned my wife to give birth based on recommendation, 3hours later of waiting endlessly or what I dont know.. We ended up changing our minds and went back to our Primary Hospital
  
  Long Wait time
  The Corner for checking vitals is just along the Hallway..with people walking back and forth (dissapointing)
  
  My assessment;
  Not sure the staff strength can carry the volume of traffic
  The process of patient verification vis a vis HMO needs a rework.. its not just working
  
  My experience everytime I visited was mever better than the previous, though I wished they did better.

  Really great, friendly, and professionally-efficient doctors. That said, there are a couple of negatives:
  1. Extremely nasty attitude displayed by the kitchen staff
  2. Poor hygiene levels in the wards
  3. The noise level from the nurses at night is completely outrageous & very inconsiderate to the patients in the wards. My baby kept waking up and I barely got any sleep from their laughing & loud conversations as late as 12:30am-1am.

  Ambience is on point, doctors are good however the are short staffed, they have a very very very long wait time. It’s hard to understand how a private hospital has wait time associated with government hospitals. Overall, I will score a 2

  Nice and serene environment but the receptionists are not nice and friendly. I have met with two now. They hardly greet or welcome you. Being new to the hospital I had to ask for directions to the lab, nurses station, But i think it's a Nigerian factor. Still observing though.

  I have not been to the Surulere branch but I've been to the one at City Mall , decent hospital I guess the Surulere branch will even be better because they said the one at the Island is an offshoot.
  I can recommend based on what I know from the island branch.
