  The best hotel in Offa, or so it is touted to be. The doors allow for rodents to creep in.

  Wasn't bad for it location. The staffs are very courteous and prompt at services except for delay in breakfast order. I'll love to visit again though.

  Avalon Hotel has over the years been the best Hotel accommodation in Offa. With Charlets and sporting facility within ambience environment it's a perfect location to relax.

  Environment alright, Quiet but Customer Service is Terrible. They need to be trained. Running out of drinks or being overwhelmed in the kitchen or being understaffed is not a huge problem if Service staff know how to communicate and deal with service recovery. For such a good place, the service was crappy.

  Low customer service and convenience. Difficult to get channels for children. Pricey. Can't use the intercom and no water when electricity is off. The road is a disaster
