This hotel is basically new, so the environment and rooms are still quite neat and clean. The staff are friendly but not helpful.

I do not expect the neatness to last long as there are already signs of bad maintenance. The tissue holder in the bathroom is broken, the reading lamp in my room doesn't work, the bathroom doesn't seem to have been washed; after several guests; there are patches of dirt on the wash-hand basin and the faucet, the bath has a leak so the floor gets wet after each bath.

No breakfast in the restaurant and the restaurant didn't take my call when I tried to place an order. I called the reception and was advised to call the restaurant again, which I did with the same result. I first called at 6.30am, then 7am, then 7.34am and finally got someone to answer me at 7.45am. It was too late to have breakfast without missing my appointment, so I skipped breakfast instead.

If you're just looking for a place to crash for a night or 2, it can be considered, being that it's affordable but if you're looking for good services, please look somewhere else. It appears that things are going to degenerate here very quickly.

Staff are friendly.
Food could be better.
Service is slow, takes forever to get everything done,including getting hot water delivered to the room.
Room size is okay and bed is good.
TV channels are limited.
They have an outdoor bar that comes alive in the evenings. There's also adequate parking space.
