  It used to be the best airline in Nigeria but late last year things started dwindling for them starting from delayed flights to cancelled flights for days and finally a total grounding of activities. Things are shaping up right now for them

  Worst airline I've known!! Please be careful before booking a flight with this airline, they're all bunch of thieves! I booked an international flight from London Heathrow to Lagos, flight scheduled for 15th pf March 2017, I never knew they had stopped operations from UK as the website didn't state so, so I went ahead and book. All for them to send me an email only 2 days before my scheduled flight date that it had been cancelled. Refund?? I'm still on it, I haven't received a penny back. But I assure them I will get my money back even if I have to take legal action against them!

  Arik has more local and international routes in Nigeria than other local airline with very very poor services and unapologetic flights cancellations

  This is the worst airline in the entire country. They have become so good at delaying and cancelling flights without notifying their clients. Calling their helplines will yield no result and where you, the client, demand service, they will cut the call on you just as one Tunde did to me this night.

  One of the best flights and service to Lagos. They're likely to delay you (significantly) but they will deliver regardless.
