Brought my girlfriend here for fixing! I was too shy to stay behind. (A lot of women..lol) had to come back. But above all they are well coordinated. I will advice you book an appointment before going. They are pretty good at what they do and professional. They also offered we a cup of tea while I wait. Overall i will recommend their services. Did I also mention thy offer massage too? You should definitely try them out when you can.

I highly do not recommend this place if one is interested in the salon's hair care services, particularly for those with natural hair. The staff members were extremely incompetent, and instead of being humble and saying natural hair care was not their expertise they lied. First of all, I told the front desk beforehand that I had natural hair and needed only the split ends to be cut off. The receptionist did not specify a better location for people with natural hair, even after specifically asking about this. Secondly, I informed the staff member who was assigned to me that I had natural hair and I needed the split ends to be cut off. He decided to take it upon himself to drastically cut most of my hair. I had to stop him when it came to the front. Unfortunately, I couldn't see what he was doing at the back; so it was too late for the back of my hair. Then he stated that I had kinky hair and needed a relaxer on my hair, even though I had told him that I have naturally curly hair, and I don't use relaxer products on my hair. Then, I asked for the routine finishing process for my kinky curly hair, and I was told that the salon did not offer that service, but I could buy their product so they could use it on my hair for that service. I was shocked, because one of the services clearly advertised on the salon's website is natural hair care.

If the salon charged a reasonable price, I would rationalize that the price matched the service. However I was charged for cutting the split ends off NGN8,000.

Tips for customer satisfaction, since the salon lacks it: if an area of hair care isn't your expertise, kindly inform the customer so you don't destroy the customer's hair. Also when you offer bad service, don't expect to be rewarded exorbitantly for doing nothing. Furthermore, hire competent staff members who listen to a customer when the customer clearly states s/he is dissatisfied with the service.

Needless to say, I've spread the word around that my experience was horrible.

This is a one stop beauty shopthere's a hair and nail salon, Spa, kiddy salon, barber's shop and a juice bar that can serve you tea, fruit shakes and food by order(additional cost). The kiddy salon is great, usually packed on the weekends. They have a natural hair salon as well. All in all its not a bad place to get your hair and nails doneprice tag is usually heavy though!

I have such a love/hate relationship with apples and oranges. I've had very bad experiences with my hair and great experiences with nails. Their pedicure is amazing and worth every penny! Other prices are just a bit high in my opinion and offer no value.

This place has zero customer service. None. All the management clearly cares about is money. If they comb your hair, money. If they part it, money. You get the picture. Whether you like that hairstyle or not is irrelevant to them, they just want money. I've asked to explain the concept of customer service to the owner or manager but they don't have the decency to call me back. If there were more options in the area I would jump ship. Customers need to be appreciated. Esp in this economy.

this's the best place i've been to so far in a while, had my hair cut done quite well, like the barber could read my mind cos he did it accurately as i hoped.
