From the moment I checked in and till I check out, I was super impressed by the hotel. I was a little nervous about coming back home to
Nigeria after long time in abroad. But the hotel and staff made my stay in Nigeria comfortable. The staff were outstanding, best customer service I have ever had. The hotel is extremely clean and they clean my room daily and wash the car. The restaurant is beautiful, excellent food and awesome customer service. Everyone that came to visit me while I was there were impressed by the hotel. It’s truly ikeja best kept secret, the hotel is hidden in a very safe and quiet area. I’ll definitely stay there again anytime I come home and I’ll refer the hotel to all my friends and family. I can’t say enough on how incredible this hotel is. Big thanks to all the staff for making my visit back home comfortable and enjoyable.

Cozy place, food a bit pricey, but their best investment is in their staff training. Staff were extremely polite, from the ones who gave me a tour before I checked in to the one who attended to my requests at 2A.M, they spoke to attended to me courteous pleasantness.

Service has dropped not like the first time I stayed there.Before I could give a 5 star rating.Though the power supply is still standard but some facilities inside aren't properly maintained.

Absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking, the pictures don't do justice, i encourage everyone to see and experience this place for themselves, and the staff, they are so well mannered and courteous that you just want to keep extending your stay. Apartment Royale is indeed too much for an average Nigerian standard, it is definitely better than majority of the 5 star hotels in Nigeria.

Restaurant was good but slow. Service was very good. Hotel hidden but nice. Similar to resort style in Carribean. Hot water and A/C!

I don’t know where to begin but terrible service!
Please do not make the mistake of ordering food from the restaurant. We came in as large group of 12 , and waited for over 2hours ! The staff did nothing to resolve this issue, no drinks offered, no compensation and ultimately poor customer service.

We notified both the hotel and Resturant staff of the delay but nothing going was done , half- hearted apologies and complete disregard for customer value. After waiting over 2 hours the food itself was underwhelming.

Don’t make the same mistake we did, spend your money elsewhere ,where you will be valued as a customer & get value for Money. Disappointing as the rooms where not bad but restaurant experience ruined the entire stay.

This experience was beyond amazing. I found this hotel online before traveling to Nigeria and I was really nervous about staying at a hotel in Nigeria since I've never done so before. I must say Apartment Royal Palace really exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed with the service. The workers are very attentive and respectful. The room was decent, it was clean, food was great and affordable. I would definitely stay there again if I had to.

Everything you want on a stay in Lagos, security, electricity, comfortable rooms, friendly and courteous staff who couldn't do enough for you. Use of gym, pool and 24 hour restaurant. Only down are the roads leading to it. Brilliant find!!
