New all seasons hotel is a nice and cozy place right in the middle of the busy part of Owerri. It is located near all the popular evening and late night spots. It's been recently renovated to a good standard and has returned to compete with new hotels in the area. The hotel has a popular nightclub, popular sit-out (entertainment) bar n grill. The new rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely a good place for a weekend getaway.
