  This building which is the base of the foundation founded by the former governor of the state from whom the foundation got her name.
  The building is sitting just a stones throw from the 'banking arena' is a typical nine days wonder which is mostly deserted with hardly ever any activity around there.
  That's a beauty going to waste. I hope that changes.
