It's an exclusive estate designed to meet the best standards globally. The houses and roads are well laid out with lots of green areas.

One of the best planned estate in Lagos for the upper class people, beautiful Architectural designs, the estate has a central power distribution, water and waste management system. The estate also run a central generator for backup when PHCN is out, which is a very beautiful concept to avoid the usual Lagos generator noise and pollution. Well equipped park for kids and relaxation.

One of the best residential areas in Ikeja actually the best. The security is excellent as well as the sanitation. It's a perfect example of a place to call a home.

Best estate I ever visited. I was told electric power is 24/7. You find lots of white people living here. It's a very organized place with tight security and neat neighbourhood.
