One of the best planned estate in Lagos for the upper class people, beautiful Architectural designs, the estate has a central power distribution, water and waste management system. The estate also run a central generator for backup when PHCN is out, which is a very beautiful concept to avoid the usual Lagos generator noise and pollution. Well equipped park for kids and relaxation.

Best estate I ever visited. I was told electric power is 24/7. You find lots of white people living here. It's a very organized place with tight security and neat neighbourhood.
