Not really a stadium as some have described it, but an open-air events center designed after the Okpara Square concept in Enugu. It is intended to host rallies, parades and all such events. For whatever reason, Government, over the years, has not seen fit to complete the development of the arena. Only one of the two pavilions has seats fitted. Have not had need to use the sanitary installations, so do not know if any exist. Volume of vehicles during any functions swamp the parking space provided. The access roads are choked as a result.

It's an open square where you can carry out a number of events. The football field is nothing near standard but can serve for a mini game.

It's pretty spacious but some parts of the pavilion has the roofing sheets torn out.

It is a very large stadium. But it lacks adequate facilities and maintenance. It needs government intervention. It suppose to be totally renovated and maintained constantly in other to serve what it us built for. Some of its stadium lack seating facilities. Its restrooms need renovation. It has fairly enough parking space. It is located near the judiciary.
