Considering the location its okay. It is about the best lodging facility open to piblic in the Papalanto, Arigbajo and Apomu axis. Be prepared for noise, any time they have event on the open area.

Looks nice from the outside, and a wide parking lot. That's about the only nice thing about this place. Terrible customer service from all the staffs I encountered apart from the receptionist who seemed newly employed.
Room: stayed in one of the executive rooms , positive was it was big but it could have done with some proper cleaning and the lighting could be better by simply replacing burnt out bulbs.
Bed: horrible, it was so hard that I had to sleep on the pillows.
Bathroom/toilet: awful as can be seen in the pictures. The management should contract house keeping services to a professional firm. More so, as this hotel is relatively new.
Food: stale, salty and cold. Ordered from the restaurant and it took 1 hour and 45mins to get my order to me and it came cold except the chicken, and the goat meat stew was simply goat meat suya in old stew sauce. Candidly, food is not worth the price.
Alarco should do better and be more professional with their guests.
Lastly, even after politely asking for help with my bags when checking out , the security guard was sent and he picked the bags and dumped at the reception even though my car was parked just opposite the main entrance. Carrying a child and rolling a suitcase to the car wasn't the easiest task. Its simple
courtesy.
Also, alarco please stop asking to collect the room key whenever one steps foot out of the hotel main building. Its just a key more so as there are other parts of your hotel outside of the main building.

It's a good place for kids and elderly. Runs massage, nice hospitality and well craved environments with adequate staffs including a laundry service and gimmick center

Everything about the hotel is awesome. The hotel price is a bit high but you will get value for your money. The missing star is as a result of the location Agbara and the road leading there

It is a clean and peaceful environment. The road that leads to the event center is tiled. But before you get into that road you will encounter some very bad roads in Agbara.

Nice cozy serene hotel in the quiet OPIC residential estate of Agbara. Bar is outdoors. Good sitout. Nice meals. Neat facility. A bit pricey compared to other options in the area but I guess you pay for quality. If you ever go there try the fish and chips. They do it nicely.

The only con I observe is a poor assortment of drinks at the bar.
