Upgraded my Airtel sim to 4G and was blessed with a 4G mobile bundle for browsing! I was glad though the receptionist made things unhappy for me initially. I made myself happy all the way, especially, with the free 4G for browsing! Kudos Airtel.

I was attended to outside the building. It was a windy day so their working materials and notice board kept flying away. Went with my toddler to purchase a SIM card and I had to keep juggling my attention btw making sure the lo doesn't run off and fiĺling SIM registration form.

The office is quite easy to spot and i actually went there with Google map GPS. Inside is cozy and the staff good with customers though a bit slow with the service.

Located in a serene environment, lovely staff and fast customer service. I was really impressed.
The day I visited they served light breakfast (Golden Morn cereal). If you ever have issues with your Airtel line this is the place to visit. My issue was resolved within 5 minutes.
