Airtel Center with a better service from the staffs, I did my KYC update recently as well as upgraded my sim card to a 4G and the whole process was seamless and fast with no payment made I was wowed by the whole process. Thanks again to the staff for such wonderful customer care satisfaction

A good place to resolve all issues relating to Airtel Network. The personnel are very welcoming and customer-friendly. There's ample space for several cars to park within its premises. Its being situated along the road makes it easily accessible and can be sighted whilst driving by. Payment can be made either by cash or debit / credit card.

Great customer service and experience. Its an efficient store and you can resolve all your customer complaints here, if not possible calls are put through to the HQ to sort you out. You can also carry out SIM Swap, registration and activation here. Generally you'll be sorted here on most issues.

The service was fast and efficient. The service agents were quite helpful and friendly and the automated system works perfectly.

The background music was a bit loud on the I visited, I guess it may be due to the festive season. There's an ample lot of parking space here.

I went to the Airtel office at Ogba yesterday afternoon to address an issue regarding my mobile line and I met a crowd of people at the place. It appeared like a situation where there are so many customers with only a few workers to attend to them; or, it probably was just an unusual customer peak, perhaps due to the approaching Christmas holidays. Whatever the reason, the place was crowded with so many customers waiting to be attended to; and from looking at the faces of the people, one could perceive that some of them have become tired, impatient or frustrated. In fact one of the customers, a nursing mother, who was standing and carrying her baby on her back got so fed-up that she started yelling at some Airtel staff members.
I observed that the crowd were mainly customers who were trying to purchase new lines or probably to retrieve old lines as I could see photographs being taken and finger prints being captured.
At the section reserved for Postpaid customers, there were only a few customers, and two staff members were busy attending to them; and on the wall directly behind the two attendants was a TV screen which was repeatedly showing a funny Airtel advertisement that caught my attention.
It was obvious that Airtel has far more prepaid customers on their network than postpaid, judging by the few number of customers at this section.
On a general note, I would say that the Airtel staff members were cordial, including even the security man that I met at the outer entrance of the premises.
I must also comment that I was impressed at how the Airtel staff members courteously managed the outburst of the nursing mother and quickly attended to her to calm the situation.
The environment was cool, controlled by air-conditioners.
I left the place satisfied; having successfully accomplished the purpose of my visit.

The customer care representative that attended to me was on another level of CR. She was calm, allowing me express me and her marketing skills was on another level. She made me feel welcome. She wasn't hostile at all in anyway. So yes a 5 Star because of the customer service I received.
