  Customer service was pretty swamped but still attentive. They basically attend to every question query or request you have, as per their network service, but network delays or hiccups can be troublesome even in this location. Otherwise, they're located in a great place and you can kill time window shopping while network fluctuations eventually stabilise. Ample parking space on weekdays (less mall traffic).

  I was there on Sunday afternoon for sim replacement but they lied that network is down because they are tired and ready to closed for the day. even the customer service is very bad too

  If you can find another airtel shop apart from this one, please do!
  The shop is small and always overcrowded with limited staff available to attend to everyone so you end up spending at least one hour before your ticket number gets called

  Get about all connection services of Airtel here. Might get a bit crowded sometimes but the supervisors do a good job to keep the queue fluid. Post paid customers can get their bills printed and sorted here. Devices are up for sale. Smartphones, wifi routers, mifi routers and so on. Most of these devices come bundled with products so be sure to take advantage of those. Recommended
