The Port Harcourt City Air Peace office is hidden off Old Aba Road close to the Shandees Fast Food. The staff are courteous and the service is generally good. Office ambience and external signage need improvements.

My experience here wasn't so pleasant. I visited the place to make some enquiries which I was unsuccessful with via phone calls prior to my visit. I was shocked to find out that the two ladies who work there also aren't very conversant with their company policies. They suggested I call their Lagos customer care line, which I had to do with my phone and airtime, while I was still at their Port Harcourt office. In the end, the information I received wasn't even credible, because the recipient of my call only knew a little extra than the ladies at the office, and he didn't seem too sure of what he was saying. That, in my opinion, is not acceptable.
