Sometimes it doesn't work or run out of cash. Not really save when withdrawing cash, a friend had a bad experience lately.

It can be trusted when ever you run out of cash.

Very poorly managed ATM stand. Either there's a network issue that makes it unable to dispense cash or it's just totally out-of-service.
