Not a well organised facility... Staff members are not friendly... The luxurious bus service was a waste of time as they don't take you to your final destination... From Lagos to port Harcourt we had to stop at Owerri and transferred to a smaller bus...

A nationwide transport company that you can rely on for safe transportation of persons and goods. The only snag I've observed is lapses in adminstration and logistics that lead to unnecessary wastage of time.

Oh no the ABC Transport of old is dead and gone except ofcourse there is an improvement in the last 2months. I pray nothing makes me to think about ABC let alone consider it. Having had terrible experiences with ABC in last 1year,the last straw was in May. Oh not an experience I want to recount, left Lagos around 8.30am on a Tuesday and got to Abuja at about 9.30am on Wednesday. If a bus that meant to go to Abuja from Lagos could not get to Ibadan, no one can convince me that it is just an uncertainty. Changed a bus before Ibadan, the 2nd bus packed up around Ife and we waited for about 3hours before another bus came, packed up again somewhere after Lokoja at around 2am and we were in the middle of nowhere from 2am to 6am, according to them it was oil they needed and the person that sells opens around 6am. Let me stop here... ABC is a no no for me

This environment is unkept, and on taking a night bus from Lagos to Abuja, we were told that the bus would depart at 5pm surprisingly we were still at the park by 9pm after so much argument they said we promised that the bus would depart at that time but that they normally do not leave at 5 but they told us 5pm same thing was written on their online portal. I am actually disappointed with their services.

Abc transport will always guarantee you one thing. You will NEVER leave on time. I can say that I've never left for my destination at the time I booked, the shortest time I've waited for a bus to set out is 2 hours. Inevitably, we never arrive at our destinations on time. That is if we're lucky enough that the bus does not break down alomg the way.
From horrible customer service to poorly maintained facilities, ABC doesn't stop disappointing me. I honestly feel that a transport service with such a long history as ABC should exhibit some sort of improvement across the years. Unfortunately, ABC has only deteriorated in quality.
