Second Roundabout is also known as Matea Bus Stop. It is an authorised transit stop for people alighting around the area. There's a mini covering for a few persons in case it rains. All buses make stops here to pick or drop passengers. There's no wheelchair access and no restrooms.

It's almost likely you stay long before getting a bus to your destination at this point especially when going to the mainland. It a neat environment and close to different event center.
