  There's a great need to upscale service delivery at this hotel. Staff will need proper training on customer management, etiquette, dress sense. Rooms will need total overhaul. Shower stopped just when the power generator went off. With a good location, the hotel is poised to compete favorably but just needs a face-lift

  This hotel falls under the category of a home away from home. Located in one of the most easily accessible neighbourhoods in the Portharcout metropolis,1804 Boutique Hotel provides exquisite comfort at pocket friendly rates. The rooms spell simplicity and class at the same time. WiFi was made available at reasonable speed too. There's a swimming pool downstairs for guests to take a dip as part of their experience. Food,even though a bit pricey,but worth it. I must commend the staff for their true show of professionalism,very hospitable. My experience during my short stay is enough reason to come back. I recommend this place if you are looking to get value for your money in Portharcout.
