Description
Loaded with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow routines, this invigorating dance-fitness "party" will have you moving, grooving and shaking the weight off to the sexy, exotic rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue and more!
Zumba Fitness is a cardio workout, targeting all parts of your body with a calorie burn of 500 - 1000 per hourly session.
The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training, incorporating squats and lunges for additional toning.
Registration can be done in class. (First Class Free)

Attention Zumba People Please remember Zumba class today and Thursday will be at the Convent Primary school because our usual venue at the NG Oos Church is not available this week.
HOLY CROSS CONVENT PRIMARY SCHOOL
1) Get to the Roman Catholic Church & hospital in werner list street. (Shoprite side) 2) Just after the hospital turn LEFT into Holy cross convent primary school. 3) Drive up into the school ground and follow the road inside where other cars are parked.
As from July classes will be back to normal at the NG Oos Church Hall in Hügel Street up the hill from Whk High School. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 18h00 to 19h00.
