Friendly and competent employees, unfriendly and dishonest owner. My case: I brought back a faulty front tube which exploded on the highway. Luckily I didn't crash into other traffic and lived to tell the tale. This was a brand new tube, installed properly and with great care by myself. My safety depends on it, so I don't cut corners and I certainly don't let unqualified people do these installations. Back in the shop the employees showed sympathy, but the owner denied responsibility for his product and did so in a very aggressive manner, probably rooted in bad conscience. I am not talking about an ordinary tyre blow, the tube came apart along a seam over the entire cross-section of the tube. Obviously a manufacturing error. Conclusion: Very bad service, not to say an unlawful approach to corporate responibilities. And not even the possibility to discuss the problem like grown-up people. Be warned. Stay alive and stay calm.
