Great brötchen, definitely worth the trip. But in general the layout is poor, the service is wanting, and it does not have a lot of variety.

Conveniently set in a neighbourhood to drop in for basics. Stock limited as it is only a convenient store which one can understand. Prizes on shelves almost never correct or same as at tills. Prizes not indicated on shelves a lot of times. Shelves disorganised. Incorrect pricing is a huge frustration in this store. Specials advertised are not available in store a lot of times. Flies sitting on dairy products in fridges sometimes. Scaffolding inside store for a long time now. Homeless people bother you at the entrance while security just watches. Some follow you around inside and demand groceries or bother children entering the store. You get the feeling it is not properly managed.

Overall a Clean supermarket which features a small butchery and bakery as well as a little cafe with seating area which includes daily buffet meals , cold drinks/coffee/tea and take aways. Average quality of fresh food and a limited selection of groceries. A lot of parkingas well as card facilities available. ATMs from all major banks close by a very convenient for quick and efficient cash withdrawals

Not a huge selection of goods, the food at the deli and bakery isn't all that. I would however recommend going to the guys that braai sosaties, word and chops at the entrance of the shopping centre. I believe they are part of Woerman's.

The shop is dirty,the staff unxfriendly,the fruit and veggies alwas half rotten.
Three days ago a packer stole my one bag of groceries,and when I confronted her,she said I did take the bag.After confirming that it was NOT in my possession,they checked the security video,and there it was: the minute I was busy collecting by bigger bags,she took a smaller bag and give it to a male person who took it and left the shop.

I do not recommend this supermarket to anyone. Unless you have no other choice, rather buy from other supermarkets because this one is filthy, unorganized, and regularly runs out of stock for a few days. It also lacks basic hygiene.
Some time ago my sister and I found a mouse lying in front of the cheese fridge, right by the entrance. Staff did not remove it and upon closer inspection, the mouse was still alive. Dozens of people must have passed by.
