It’s 22.40 on Monday the 26th February 2018 . We stopped for a take away dinner on the Intercape bus. The staff questioned me for a good 5 minutes of time and told me because the bus was stopping for 15 minutes they couldn’t make a burger because it took them 20 minutes to prepare. They further said that there’s only one person in the kitchen. They turned away the most of the rest of the bus. Insisted that they make my hamburger. I went to the bathroom and washed my hands. On coming from the bathroom my burger was ready. I ate it before the bus left.
My judgement is that there were other staff but were asleep because before I left other staff appeared. I think the owner of this franchise is been ripped off by the staff. Stuart McGregor

First of all, I was given the wrong order. Ordered a cuppacino and received a coffee. Service was quite slow and not very friendly, might have been the heat. Customers are especially tired after driving for hours, not nice to get the wrong order and an unwelcoming atmosphere.
