Did a full valet service and my car is almost brand new! They did an incredible job and really paid attention to the details. They are pricey but absolutley worth the N$

I booked my car in for a wash. Dropped my car off and collected it in a hurry. My parcel shelf was switched with another older broken parcel shelf from a different car. I called them and they said it was impossible for that to happen. The interior of my car is relatively new and the fabric on the parcel shelf was so shaded from being in the sun that it didn't match the fsbric/carpet from the rest of my car interior so it was definitely switched with a much older parcel shelf.

They do a good job, but you have to drop your car off in the morning between 7-8 and then they send you an SMS when it's finished. I'd rather wait while they work on it versus finding a ride or taking a taxi to work and then back to pick it up.
Editing because they basically ripped my child's carseat out of the car. Luckily no damage was caused to the carseat. If you have anything you don't want forcibly removed from the car, be sure to remove it in advance!response / report this review -
