  Called them and they put me on hold for 10 mins while i heard people talking and laughing in the background.

  They call you sir, but treat your order like a peasant's. You'd agree with me if you saw what I ordered v what I got.

  If I could I would give them a minus rating. I know that we are all having a fly problem, but if you leave a client's order unattended for 5 minutes do you really think that the flies are not going to crawl all over it. Then to make matters worse, when I cancelled my order because of this they started packing these fly infested food back into the container for the next customer. And with the manager looking on fully aware of this.

  The place is nice and clean and the service was very good. They have what i think is the best burgers available in Windhoek. The only problem with this steers in particular is that the chips taste a bit old.
