  Very noisy due to the nearby highway linking Windhoek to Botswana and nearby international airport. Otherwise a good location. It is a beautiful complex, well maintained, with excellent security. Also close to nature. However, there are frequent interruptions to water supply, sometimes for more than 24 hours, followed by a day or two during which the water coming out of the taps is dirty.
