In my opinion, this place does not deserve to be rated 4 stars. I am a frequent traveler to different countries and some of the 3 stars places I have stayed at deserved 5 stars rating compared to this place. In the rooms there is no sanitary bag, no shower cap, the water is not drinkable and not even 1 bottle of drinking water provided. When I asked for water I was told to go and buy at the bar.
I have booked for 19 days. I have been here for 8 days already and only once a lady by the name Suzette greeted me and offered me coffee at breakfast. The rest of the staff will not greet you let alone offering you tea or coffee. They walk around as though they have gotten off on the wrong side of the bed. Even when you call them for a service they will come, without greeting, stand next to you. Then I would say: can I have coffee please? Then she would walk away and come back with a cup of coffee and put it on the table and walk away.

The staff are completely indifferent to whether you enjoy your stay or not. Ordered room service and it didn't show up. Ordered lunch and the waiter literally took our order and then clocked out of his shift without passing our order to the kitchen. We waited for more than an hour before they realized. There was no soap in the bathroom. Staff rolled their eyes and looked miserable when you asked for anything. Everything about this place is just awkward and uncomfortable.

Very poor service.. Food was not well cooked the one night and thier room service takes forever. I asked for a plate and it arrived 2hours later.. I asked for my meat to be well done.. They brought it basically uncooked.. I send it back and it came back still very bloody. No thank you, no safari lodge for me or my colleagues again. For the sake of being balanced I would say thier bouquets we okay.. The waitresses that day were also nice.. But yes I would not want to come back again.

From reception/reservations/restaurant & room division this was the worse experience of my life, for a first timer. To be honest from check in to departure it was utterly disappointing!!!!! Hotel managers kicked my sister out at about 16hr in the afternoon , they had 2 security guards escort her forcefully, not only that. So disorganized, they had a 'trainee' question my competency! I did not have any piece of mind. For the 4 star hotel they imply this was low rate rock bottom reach. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. No help with luggage whats so ever. I had 3 disappointing encounters in one DAY!!!!! I requested an iron issued to my room and rooms division replied 'YOU GUEST BURN OUR BEDS WHILST IRONING' so ironic. Vague response through my entire stay. Waste of money, I would have booked at a better place should i have known about their incompetency.

Safari court hotel is nice hotel in a complex with Safari hotel, which is slightly simplier one. In addition to usual amenities you will have access to beautiful garden, gym and a decent pool. Everything in a short distance from Windhoek city center.

I went to the Spa and wellness centre. Very neat and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a full body massage which was really great. Apparently one can use the steam room or sauna for free for a while just before your massage. Intend to do that next time.

Beautiful setting in terms of location but the interior leaves a lot to be desired. Poorly designed rooms especially bathrooms lead me to believe that no thought went into the design. The bathrooms are small, cramped and poorly designed with respect to where amenities are located, drainage is extremely poor in showers, showers are oddly designed, beds are small especially if you are over 5'8-9" tall. Ventilation is poor and most air conditioners are non functional. The food at the hotel leaves a lot to be desired given it is so expensive yet poor in quality. I wouldnt stay here again.

Dated, dreary and dusty. If I could give zero stars I would have. The same food was served at the lunch buffet over a three day meeting. Bathrooms close to meeting rooms smelt bad, rooms dusty and dirty. Worst of all the owner was abusive to staff in full view of guests. Certainly not a place I would come back to.

Large and quiet hotel. Quite standard in terms of expectations of the room and eating areas for a mid level hotel anywhere in the world. Twin beds with sitting area in room and large shower cubicle in bathroom. Buffet and off menu supper is slightly expensive for the country. Outside pool area is very nice.

The place it very nice. Just the standard rooms has two single beds. Which means you must sleep on the single bed, can't they just put a double bed once. Thanks.

Each and every year I travel to the other side of the planet. As Austrian winter is cold and dark.
In January 2014 to this hotel.
This luxury hotel has been my base for a week.
Large room, free WiFi, very good kitchen. A large pool.

The rooms are so very comfortable, food tastes is good, there are so many variety of food. The people are very professional and friendly. One of the top hotels I've ever visited. I'll definitely bounce back in my life journey.
